Delivery of Goods
The goods are delivered by registered regular airmail and have to be signed upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received within due time, please contact us by submitting a support ticket and quoting your order number. If you do not have access to your order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date you made your order and we will attempt to track the order.
The average delivery time to Australia is 5-15 days and to the UK and Europe it’s 3-10 days. In some rare cases your package may be delayed during the process of shipping, so if this happens please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you did not receive your package within 30 days and have not received a customs seizure letter either, please do let us know and we will provide you with further instructions.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 days once your credit card payment has been validated, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one per day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via registered regular airmail only.
In case of the need to cancel an order, you will still be able to do so up to 12 hours after payment completion. Please send an email to [email protected] regarding your order cancellation, and include your order number, name and shipping address. If we don’t hear from you, your order will be fulfilled as normal.

Claims & Refunds
If you have not received your order within 30 days and you haven’t received a seizure letter from customs, do let us know and we will provide you with further instructions. In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the customer, our company will replace it immediately after the incorrect goods have being returned to us. If returning items to us is not possible, we will make a full refund of your order. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to reship your order until you send us a scan or photo of their letter of seizure and any relevant documents to [email protected]
